OpenGIS is an open-source, 100% free client / server chat system that allows people to communicate over a LAN or WAN, with security and safety. The website was designed in Macromedia Dreamweaver 8, from an old template I had lying around. I picked it up, dusted it off, added a logo, some content and stuff, and here it is. One of the easiest websites you'll ever use. Designed for simplicity, it's easy on the eye, and keeps you focused on your task at hand.
